Rush jobs will be billed at 50% - 200% over regular rates.
Initial Consultation & Recommendations (1st hour) $250.
Principal with Owen E. Dell $200 per hour
Expert Witness Service with Owen E. Dell $225 per hour (may vary)
Associate
 $130. per hour
Subconsultants & Outside Services cost plus 10%
Expenses cost plus 10%
Travel time (local) no charge
Travel time (out of town) billable past 15 miles
from office
Mileage (local) no charge
Mileage (out of town) 48.5¢ per mile past 15
miles
